Our Quality Assurance Policy

Folstaj Int’l Limited’. Operates an internal and external quality and safety system in accordance with the latest requirements in ISO 900: 2000 series on quality management and ISO 14000: 1906 series one environmental management systems. The documented QA and HSE system, which is adopted as the guidance for success, is a four level model as follow: I. Policy and Authority Statement Manual, This states the philosophy, policy and authority and gives information in general terms. Guidance is ISO 1013. Included are, the policy and authority statement, and typical for the International situation (for example security, community affairs, environmental, drug and alcohol, journey management, communication.)

Quality Management System Manual, documenting the QA system, plans, and defines the implementation of the environment systems as defined in the Safety Act 1997, and ISO 14001: 1996 and other international industrial standards.

II. Quality Assurance and Safety (HSE) Procedures, which documents the structure of procedures. It outlines the tasks, responsibility, frequency and the dependency of each relevant part to the quality process and the business of the customer. Guidance is ISO 9001 clause 4 through 8 and ISO 9004 (guidelines), ISO 14001 section 4.

III. Specific Work Instructions, detailing the step-by-step instructions, specific for the services to be provided to the customers of the operation. The instructions specifies the tolls, workmanship criteria, gives guidance to direct and indirect processes of the nature of the business of the company. This will be the guidance for the day-by-day activities of all personnel involved in the operation of the customer. The documentation includes the work instructions, plans drawings, etc.

IV. Quality and Safety Records, which is the management database, with the results, needs and desires to retain the data. It forms the objective evidence that the quality and safety (HSE) system complies with the Standards.
