Completion Systems
Sandface Completion Systems
We offer various Sandface designs, including Sand Consolidation, Gravel Pack, and untreated options. Our horizontal well completions feature solutions such as Slotted Liner, Screens, Pre-pack Screens, Expandable Sand Screens (ESS), External Casing Packers (ECP), and Swell Packers.
Sand Control
We provide conventional gravel pack and frac pack systems with differential pressure ratings of up to 15,000 psi and 350°F. These systems are externally retrievable and include single-trip options for faster, more efficient completion cycles:
MST (Multi-zone Single Trip) for gravel/frac pack in multi-zones in a single trip.
RSI (Releasable Single Trip) for perforating and gravel/frac packing in one operation.
HST (Horizontal Single Trip) for wash down, gravel pack/frac pack, and selective stimulation.
